CUSTOMER CARE
At Hype Hair Shop, we offer natural hair for extensions in two categories: Premium Hair and Luxury Hair.
We personally work with this hair in our salon and use it for our own clients, so we know how it looks, feels and wears after installation. Before placing an order, you can contact us directly to receive consultation, real photos, videos and recommendations for the right length, shade and category.
Our goal is to make the process clear, personal and reliable for every client.
ORDER & CONSULTATION
All orders are discussed individually before confirmation.
To choose the right hair, please contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram Direct or TikTok messages. We can provide additional photos or videos of available hair before the order is confirmed.
After the client confirms the selected hair, length, shade, category and shipping details, we provide payment and delivery information individually.
SHIPPING
Worldwide shipping is available.
Shipping cost and delivery time depend on the destination country and will be confirmed individually before payment. We carefully prepare each order before shipment to preserve the quality and appearance of the hair.
Please make sure that your delivery details are correct before confirming the order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the hair is in its original, unused condition.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
The seal must remain intact.
The original hair band must not be removed or touched.
The hair must not be used, worn, washed, cut, colored or altered in any way.
The product must keep its original appearance and packaging condition.
If the seal is broken, the band is removed, or the hair shows any signs of use, damage or loss of original appearance, we cannot accept a return or exchange.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Each case is reviewed individually.
PRODUCT CONDITION
Natural hair is a delicate product and should be handled with care. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, coloring, bleaching, washing, heat styling or incorrect aftercare after the hair has been received and used.
